Terms of Service
Last updated: 05/29/2026
These Terms govern your use of https://roadside.help (the "Site") and any services you request through it. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
Services
Roadside Help provides mobile roadside assistance services — including jump starts, tire changes, lockouts, fuel delivery, battery service, A/C recharge, bulb replacement, winch and extraction, and tow coordination — in Orange County, California and surrounding areas. Service availability, response times, and pricing are estimates and are not guaranteed; they depend on location, demand, weather, traffic, and other factors outside our control.
Pricing and payment
Prices shown on the Site are starting or typical prices and may vary based on the specific situation, vehicle, parts required, and location. Final pricing is quoted before service is performed. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.
No guarantee of outcome
We perform services with reasonable care and skill. We do not guarantee any specific result, repair outcome, or that every situation can be resolved on-site. Some situations may require towing, a repair shop, or services we do not provide.
Third-party providers
Where a job requires towing, heavy recovery, or other services we coordinate through third parties, those services are performed by independent providers. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, pricing, or conduct of third-party providers.
Assumption of risk and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roadside Help is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to be present or reachable for service, to ensure the vehicle and location are safe to work in, and to comply with all applicable laws.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site is owned by Roadside Help or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Orange County, California.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
